Quick update for you all.
Took garage to court, they were ordered to repair the car at no cost to me and pay me costs. Car was repaired, however, a few months later, same issue occured.
I then paid upto half of the HP and VT'd the vehicle in its current state.
They then tried to sting me for over £1k worth of repairs. I had photo's to prove the damage was already there, so I didn't have to pay anything.
I then had a default put on my credit file by mistake by the finance company.
A few emails later they have acknowledged this error and this has been removed.
I now have a £250 car which has lasted much longer!0 -
Thanks for the update.Don't grow up. Its a trap!
Peace, love and labradors!0
