I presume you were very clear about saying it was a bin LID only!
People should read descriptions very carefully. Caveat Emptor in this case.An average day in my life:hello: :mad: :coffee::coffee::coffee::T

It always amazes me how buyers who dont fully read an auction always complain blaming the seller when the info is crystal clear.
I would send a message back advising that you have a life and an education. No one forced them to bid on the auction, they chose to do so. best wishes finding a suitable bin for the lid. lol
I wouldnt really send it but would feel like doing so.
Best to forget about it and ban them from bidding on your future auctions as they seem to have a nasty streak.0 -

I've had a look at the auction and the OP was VERY clear as to what she was selling. She even included a photo of the item! There are others selling these lids, but using photos of the whole bin. The OP's auction was in no way misleading. In a rut? Can't get out? Don't know why?
It's time to make that change.

I wouldn't bother replying to their second message. Or leaving feedback... though I'd be tempted to use stolt's suggested feedback! I'd ban them from my auctions just in case they're tempted to bid on any more without reading the ad first. Even though the buyer's clearly a nincompoop, I'd consider negative feedback a bit harsh since they did pay and leave a positive (of sorts). If you feel the need to leave feedback at all, I'd consider neutral to be more appropriate.0

You listed it correctly, it was listed as being a BIN LID for sale, how can you not see the word LID, what a flid, what did he expect you to reply with, there isnt some flids out thereNo Links in Signature by site rules - MSE Forum Team 20

I would be tempted to leave a follow up to his feedback somewhere along the lines of "buyer not a smart**** - doesn't read ads at all!!"0

Flid - :rotfl: I used to use that word all the time when I was at school and that WAS a long time ago :rotfl:
And the fact that Flid rhymes with lid made me :rotfl: too. (sorry - I'm easily amused
) Sometimes it's important to work for that pot of gold...But other times it's essential to take time off and to make sure that your most important decision in the day simply consists of choosing which color to slide down on the rainbow...0 -
