    when will i have to start doing that? sent you my measurements on fb my waist seems to have gone up again, unless its cause i used a different tape measure?

    eta the calc is saying my bmi is 27.63

    Let me have a look at your BMI etc and let you know, you can probably do it next week.

    You should do a minimum of each step for a week.

    Bun, will i carry on loosing as much weight as i am now, still on this programme? I want to be thinner by the time the wedding comes, I've started excersising did a hip hop dvd (well about 15 mins this morning) and i've started my next door neighbours push it class on a friday.

    Does anyone know what my weight should be???? *runs off to google it*
