    Supposedly coming back tomorrow Beanie,then will have to go up again to put car back together when they've finished painting it. Hope that doesn't take 15 days too! He's missed all the lovely weather here.So many missed opportunities to BBQ!!Still,at least I've found my diet/exercise mojo while he was away..did you go out on your trike yet?

    we had a soda stream too.

    I couldn't have lost the weight without the cd diet though. but i'm pleased :) which reminds me i have to measure my waist for bun.

    My belly don't seem to be going though

  • i'll never get rid of my belly either, I abused my body with food when I was taking my GCSEs and A levels. Mint aero's were my personal favourite.

    Claire-really impressed hunny-thats 9lbs off! You will have to move up the steps fairly soon as you can't so SS+ when your BMI is below 25+ a stone. Going up the steps is very important, it re-introduces carbs into your body gradually so you continue to lose weight AND get used to eating healthily/low GI as well.

    I will send you the books so you can read up on them.
