    *steps in very quietly*:shhh:

I've been a bit awol recently:o BUT I need to get motivated and get things done.

For the rest of today and tomorrow I have a new sideboard that needs filling with the piles of stuff that have been lying around for ages.. including paperwork that needs sorting.

Then I'll have a go at the lists and get this house in order and a routine going:D

  • Never say never valli.

BTW, DD1 got a 2a in her maths, which I'm reasonably pleased with and a 3 in her reading. All the others were 2s (no sub level) except writing which was 2b.

Loads of washing done, and randomly got a quote for shower electrics in the bathroom.

    Hi,

    Happy Birthday to Pigpen's OH & Cally's Ds.
Toots i hope you're ok and are sleeping now, big hugs.

I didn't actually manage to do my HHC earlier. Ds2 asked me to read him a story so we snuggled up on the sofa under the slanket and fell asleep. I woke up in a panic at 2.42 when we needed to leave at 2.40 for the school run. Luckily all the traffic lights i passed were green and i was only a little bit late. I did contemplate making them walk as they wouldn't have known i'd got the car back but i felt a bit mean.:D

I've very nicely insisted that something be done about my fence before my poor child falls through the hole and hurts himself. They've stuck some stakes to hold it for now and they're going to come back tomorrow and do something a bit better. They did say they were going to be putting a wall there once the houses are finished. I would love that as then i wouldn't be so overlooked.

I've also been to school with Ds2. He went to play with his friends in the classroom whilst us parents drank coffee and sampled the cooks homemade cakes and biscuits.:D Very nice they are too. Ds2 can't wait for September.

    Flying wise i have

    Put tea on
    Put dry dishes away
    Washed up lunch dishes

    Hmm mot a lot then.
