    the tampons, he says he liked to dip them in water and watch them grow. but when we decorated his room, we found loads of them behind his wardrobe that had a bit of brown at the end, possible trying to fit them up his bum?

    Seriously????????? :eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:

    Edit after initial shock: If this is the case, you REALLY have to something about it!!! If he is doing things like this, it could seriously hurt him!

    Hmm, something about this.

    The only people I know who refer to 'lacy panties' are men.

    Have to say, the last post made me think "troll". Still, benefit of the doubt and all that....

    Maybe it's time you got him some therapy? For him alone obviously. I'm not saying that there's anything wrong with what he's doing, but he's at an age where anything will be difficult to accept, so some therapy might give him a safe place to talk about it, to someone qualified who he doesn't have to see every day?

    I think it's experimentation....possibly people have said things to him/around him and he is curious. The thing with the tampons looks like he's trying to see what anal would feel like....and yes, I agree, it is dangerous. I'd also thoroughly clean all your toys just in case, and put them in a locked box.
    The panties may just be a fetish thing....as in he likes to wear them...

    He could have a fetish.

    He could be gay.

    He could just be experimenting, but the most disturbing thing is that he knows he will get found out. Like that's another kick for him.

    Or this thread could be a total wind up, and if it is, I agree that it sounds more like a man (getting a kick by posting it!) than an upset and concerned Mother.

    Strange...

    I don't think a mother would write such stuff about her son, certainly not the bit about the tampons behind the wardrobe.

    I don't know if it is 'normal' behaviour or not, but I do think that you need professional advice on the matter - which you are unlikely to find here (no disrepect everyone).

    There are a many organisations/websites that you can try, including Parentinguk.org, Parentline, gotateenager.org. They should be able to point you in the right direction if your son does need help, or put your mind at rest if he doesn't.
