    Leon's right you know Mirtos - you are doing so well and we all have up months and down months! (For instance, yesterday I spent £200 on some new designer glasses which is sooooooooooo naughty but I LOVE them.....oops!) I know what you mean about the happy feelings you get when your debit goes down by a chunk, but even small amounts are worth it and soon add up!!

    Re the move - work pay the legal fees (I'm a trainee solicitor), but I know all the other costs can add up (survey, removals etc.). Got some viewings this week so will just have to see......

    PS: Is Leon an official member? If not, WHY NOT???? :rotfl: :rotfl:

    Grand Total = £22,540 £11,209.73 :eek:Total paid off since 31st May '06 = £11,330.27 :T Semi-DFD Dec'07?
    Savings for temporary unemployment fund: £763.05 @ 8%, £164.54@ 4% Total savings: £927.59
