    I love it, it's about the only healthy food I like.

    How is the diet going for you and the RV?
    Trying to spend less time on MSE so I can get more done ... it's not going great so far! :)

    The RV is still losing and hes getting too thin. I lost 8 ounces and then put them back on again !!! :(

    Am watching a thing called Ben Fogle's Escape in Time on BBC2 right now ... it's a challenge to do tasks from Victorian times. Yesterday they made bricks and bread. Today it looks like they will make damson jam.

    I reckon the OldStylers would be fab and win hands down!

    Edit: they are making damson butter

    Mardatha - RV??? Been confused about what that means for a while but didn't like to ask! Curiosity has got the better of me now so what does RV stand for? I am guessing it is your OH...
    Putting these winter preps here so I don't forget! 

    Curtain pole installed in the living room
    Paint curtain pole
    Window quilts for landing window & french door
    Add shrink film to the kitchen door & insulate
    Insulate front door
    Bubble wrap windows & french door
    Wash front door curtain
    Blind for the bathroom
    Find wrist warmers & the wool socks!
    Wash heated throws
    Wash duvet & wool blankets
    Buy vest tops to go under clothes and PJs
    Buy nets for bathroom and kitchen
    Buy or make blind for kitchen

    Not me Mar, I remember asking you what/who the RV was years ago.
    Does make you wonder what he calls you :eek:

    So pleased I stocked piled some stuff, has been very handy whilst not been awake enough to drive to supermarket (night sweats/insomnia) only had to pop up the road for milk and bread.
    Thought about using delivery, but decided to see if I had stock piled the correct stuff, and I was very pleased with what I had, but found I had no spare sugar, so will correct that one next time.
