Bottle of red goes in a beef bourgignon type-thingy... which also takes a kilo of stewing beef... Fear not, I have only made it twice in about two years! The recipe does do about 8-10 portions, it's not quite sooo bad as it looks.

Don't cry for the wine! It goes to a good and loving home... in my belly :D. I couldn't keep it in the freezer, I'd drink the stuff!

I wonder if Caterinas recipe is pasta with rocket maybe? Forgotten most of my Italian:o.

Anyways...Caterina (or anyone else) - do you have a suitable recipe for cooking up with some somewhat "tough" type rocket? (errr..suitable for a vegetarian) purlease..

Indeed you do - in dark chocolate....which happens to be my fav. Not that I've had any in a long time, I must get some, purely to boost my iron levels of course :D - it's cheaper than steak, that's for sure :)

Cime di rapa is common turnip tops, but people here in the UK feed it to livestock! It is delicious. Not rocket, but I have used rocket in pasta as well, and also good are radish leaves.

Kale is ok but needs to be quite young otherwise it is a bit tough for this recipe.

Here is a link to a recipe (i do mine without the sausage, another the traditional way is with anchovy fillets, the variations are limited by your culinary fantasy!).
