    katsu that's a MENTAL walk.....I used to do that when I worked, so 2 nights a week and I was shattered.
    Am meeting a mate in about an hour, should be fun. And a hot weather warning.....where? It's cloudy here!

    Thanks for the sympathy - I got my bike out of the kitchen - front tyre feels sodft, anyone know what the pressure should be?

    I thought I could cycle back from the garage - part cycle and part walk.

    Cycling sounds god katsu, is it hilly or flat? And you need to pump that front one up, mine are usually quite firm as I did a lot of road riding.
    OK, looking at outside....it's cloudy but it's burning off....looks like a scorcher!

    Well,made it to the gym,did 30 mins on the treaddie, but the best bit was on old mate from BA was in there so we had a good catch up!Gotta order some flowers thru Interflora, then guess what?Yep, out in the lovely sunshine!!!

    Its not so sunny here

    I'm showered, no post yet, need to empty corner in a bit then this afternoon i'm doing a push it class with my neighbour, had to borrow a baby for an hour cause its designed for new mums to lose weight :)

    Morning everyone,

    Tis lovely and sunny here, so I think a walk at lunchtime is in order.

    I'm not going to be able to make the DF meet, I'm waitressing. :mad: But the extra £80ish will come in handy.

    I'm drinking lots of coffee today, I woke up in the middle of the night as I was having a random dream; I was in New York on my lonesome asking strangers where I was and could they help me and next thing I know I'm on the TV asking people to help me peice together how I came to be in America! I should stop eating custard creams before bedtime. ;)
