    Well Ames and I are having salmon fillets. You can oven bake them and won't have to spend any time in a hot kitchen. Add a bit of salad (or asparagus - yum) and you're sorted. Of course that assumes you have salmon fillets and salad to hand ;)

    I have ironing to do for my holiday but it is just too hot, and tomorrow is supposed to be even hotter. Sunday is my daughter's birthday and we have a busy day planned and then we are going on Monday :eek:
