    Ohhhhh Suzy I'm excited for you - how long you going for?

    I did chicken on the griddle with apple and apricots, a curry sauce and some gorgeous brown rice, twas yummy.

    Sat in the garden for a while in the lovely breeze but far to many beasties with fangs flying around out there now.

    not too bad now Tenmah, not as bad as they was on weds, and i've lost another 1lb

    went to asda and dh got stuff i'm allowed to eat and has weighed them into packs already for me to cook.

    saw a stunning jacket too reduced from £22 to £6 size 14 dh bought it as an incentive.
