Advice Needed Regarding End of Contract Period (Orange)

Hi,
Advice needed!
I re-signed up with Orange after a period of 18months with Vodafone (Previously being with Orange since 1999) , in May 2007.
I Signed on Dolphin 35 and in November 2008 renewed my contract with loyalty rewards of unlimited internet and £15 off my monthly bill. All was well until last week when I received a bill for £192.
Being happy with the contract I was on, I never considered the need to look for an upgrade and assumed that the contract would carry on as usual. However, as I found out, to my horror they took all my loyalty rewards from me and charged me for 50MB of data.
Considering that every few months they send me a text to notify me that my usage has been looked at and they are "pleased to inform me that I am on best plan", I am angry that they never text or got in touch to notify me that I would be losing my benefits.
My bill also still states I am on the Dolphin 35 (18 Month) contract, yet when I go online and look in all Orange literature Dolphin 35 package is stated as including 500MB of data. Is it right that they can not provide me with this, just because I signed up initially 3 years ago.
Having made a number of calls, including the "we'll call you back at 8PM" when they never did, I was today faced with the response that Orange will only waiver the charges (including the data I downloaded this month before I got the bill) if I sign up on a new contract, or they'll provide me with £70 off the total. I've told them I will think about it.
I didn't want to be put in a position where I'd have to start looking at new networks but in the same way I'm not going to be bullied and bribed into signing a new contract.
I've tried looking at the daily caps but noticed they've been crafty with that also, as it states in the price structure that customers must request to have it. I'm not sure when that came into effect but assuming I'll get the same, "its new so not applicable to you".
Any advice would be gratefully received.
