I worked for a company that has convenience stores on the High Street and I was a store manager and both I am the Assistant Manager for to see cost prices for item so we knew what to order each week to make the most money for the store we ran.

He is not a general shelf stacker - he is a supervisor so would have access to the System to check on prices and stock, so yes.

It wasn't Spar and it wasn't and independant or Franchise, I worked for someone a bit like Tesco Express.

I too understand why you're frustrated, but presumably Wilkinson's have their reasons which they will not make public to customers and take into account the best way for them to make a profit. Even if that is through their delivery charges, they are a business and are there to make money, so if the price was good enough, even with the delivery charge taken into account, then surely it's still a good deal rather than a reason to vent?
