Didn't get the deal myself, but wasn't this a "twitter" deal from the twitter team as a "launch" offer, they have just done one on the Wildfire as well. Try contacting them via twitter, as I would imagine they would like to try and resolve themselves, without making themselves appear too incompetent to the rest of Vodafone.

Yes, it was a Twitter type deal but i saw the offer on here with links to the web team so i have contacted them via email directly today as i posted earlier so i agree, dont want to upset anyone initially so i will give them a chance to get in touch as they were really helpful and pleasant at the time of agreeing the contract.
