Vodafone is known for "losing" recording when they have signed people up to something different than what was agreed, account notes tend to disappear too...

Didn't get the deal myself, but wasn't this a "twitter" deal from the twitter team as a "launch" offer, they have just done one on the Wildfire as well. Yes, it was a Twitter type deal but i saw the offer on here with links to the web team so i have contacted them via email directly today as i posted earlier so i agree, dont want to upset anyone initially so i will give them a chance to get in touch as they were really helpful and pleasant at the time of agreeing the contract.0
