    I asked about compensation as I have called them countless times to their 0844/0870 numbers. I am out of pocket due to their mistake. It's not loads of money but still some and my time they have wasted. Its a fair question I would think.

    Ok next time you are out of pocket because of someone elses mistake please dont ask for any compensation. If anything give them more money as you clearly have enough. Thought the whole point of MONEYSAVINGexpert was to save money

    So why didn't you say 'I have spent X amount on phone calls to them, is there any way I take this amount of money off the balance of what I owe them.'

    It is MONEY SAVING not MONEY GRABBING.
