Is it fair to make students wear blazers in this heat?
I think it's unreasonable and wondered what others think.

Yup, I don't send my DD's in, as if it is there, they make them wear it.
Not there = can't wear!

I work in a school and they have a shirt sleeve order there. Blazers are compulsary until we have hot weather and then the head issues permission to students to remove their blazers. The forest would be very silent if no birds sang except for the birds that sang the best0

And I am confident that kids today are more likely to get transported to school and back in air-con cars than I ever was.......... I still have no sympathy

It is fair as long as the school masters have to wear suit/jacket.0
