    Thanks Primula x

I actually had a half decent night's sleep, and have been ok today as long as I have had a painkiller. Managed to eat (swallow) mince and mashed potato earlier and just eaten some salmon, so getting there with the food, still a bit wierd though. I keep mistaking the stitches for trapped food and have to resist the urge to put my tongue in that area of my mouth.

Hey ho, it's another day tomorrow

I am managing to survive without pain killers today and my face has almost reduced back to normal size, just a bit tender, so it's healing nicely thank goodness.

I seem to be heamorraging money a lot this month which is annoying, but I have been through everything and worked out that I can put £500 or so out of the budget that doesn't need to be spent until after xmas, so I refuse to worry about that money until January and I can get another 0% card for that if I have to.

That leaves my remaining to find a lot less, so the focus is now knocking the credit card on it's head. I paid £100 to it this morning, so now it has £1400.

I am getting a bit disheartened at selling items on Ebay esp when they only sell for 99p, but I guess it's what I have to do to reduce the tat and help the fund.

At least you're down to £1400 on the card for now :). With ebay, I think the best thing to do is remember that you're de-junking every time you sell something, even if you don't get what it's worth.

I'm ill today, I've been ill since Tuesday but this is the first day I've had off work as I tend to get on with it. I realised this morning that I'm going to make myself worse if I go in, I thought I might feel better tomorrow but I don't feel like it at the moment. I don't even get sick pay because I'm a temp so every day I'm off is £50 I lose meaning I have to go in tomorrow regardless of how I feel :(.

I hope you're feeling better now Nikki, it's rotten when you don't get paid for sickness.

It's a free listing weekend on Ebay so am going to attempt to list a load. Have put some bits on Amazon, am being quite ruthless in what is going now.

Thanks Yukki. I've still got nasty sinus pains, but I can breathe properly now which has made me feel much happier. I feel very hot and clammy which makes me think I might have a temperature which obviously means I'm still ill. I was roasting at work yesterday which is very unlike me, and everyone kept saying it wasn't hot in there. I know it's quite warm outside but it feels 'different' to usual.

Thanks for mentioning the free listing on ebay. I didn't know about it but have a few bits to go on there if I photograph them in time. Hopefully we can both make some extra pennies :).

Glad you're on the mend, take it easy to recover quickly.

I got my first cheque from MS today just over £50 so that's going to help my total nicely. We've been out nearly all day today and had some wine earlier which means I am tired now. So I have done some relists on Ebay and will do new listings tomorrow.

About to start the mamoth evening that is listing on Ebay. I am quite impressed at finding so much to list if I'm honest. A couple of bits have gone on Amazon as well.

Got 15 items on ebay last night, hope some sell. I am attacking this money challenge in segments of £100. When I get paid on Friday I'll transfer £100 to the CC, and with all other extras in at the mo I need £19.97 to reach my next £100 target. Frantically trying to work out ways to achieving this but not being sucessful at the mo.

I made the last£19.97 last night. Had a £40 sale on Folksy which was fantastic, so used some to get to the £100 and the rest on new supplies.

Have had my hair cut today, but that and wine seem to be my only treats so I don't beat myself up about it.

Been really naughty this weekend. We have replaced our home computer that stopped working last month. That's added another £550 ish to the overall total.

Still on the upside, we did a car boot sale today and made £50 after entrance fee, so that was nice.
