I'm nearly 34. I had 5 weddings this year and didn't drink at one of them. Got myself out on the dancefloor at the very start and didn't leave it all night. Mingled and danced with Aunts, cousins, kids etc. Drove home with the missus that night, up the next day feelin absoloutely great. Made a change from slinking around the bar all day, drinking overpriced drink, spending a fortune and waking up the next day in a hotel with a thumping head in smelly clothes after fighting with someone at the wedding (I'm Irish BTW :0).
Have a odd drink now and again but feel great and wallet alot fatter for kissing it goodbye0 -

all the very best!! Just think of the nice tidy sum you'll have by Christmas. You can either pay off some debt or treat yourself to a very big Christmas present!! I#m doing the same with fags, and have worked out that it will pay off one of my credit cards!! Debt free one month earlier.... Get In...0

Would changing to Tesco Value Bitter constitute giving up drinking?
I understand it has around 2% alcohol and it costs a lot less than my usual Tetley's.
Do you think I'll be able to tell the difference?  :beer:I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
