Hi I gavce up drinking 10 yrs ago now, it was easy I ust drove everywhere so I couldn't drink and I added up total spend for the year - put me right off, what a waste most of it went back down the toilet anyways - good luck, with your challenge

I just suddenly lost interest in having a drink & more particularly ever going to the pub, when i turned 40 (not right on the day - just somewhere about then). Its partly to do with the waste of money i guess but mostly i dont even think of it. Still have a glass of wine if someone gives it to me unsolicited and had a few drinks on holiday just to let my liver know i am still here.

Seriously I havent had a drink for about 15 years now, just dont like the taste thank god, and used to just drink to be sociable. Now I'd rather do something else.

On the subject of value toilet rolls (I know, I know I'm sorry) I've just bought a pack of 10 value ones from Aldi for £1.89 to try and they arent half bad. The next to try are the 12 asda value ones for £1.14...
