I think it's time to PM Martin and/or start a thread in the 'Site feedback' forum.

I did send an email to Martin and that is the reply I got !!!!!!

    I am extremely dissapointed.

Quentin - thanks for the links

I still have the email and tried to forward it to "broken links" email at MSE but it bounced back as not being delivered !!!!!

It's like Fort Nox this place - you can't email anyone in MSE, they don't want to know.

Yes - I agree Martin's reputation is a stake which is why I am so gobsmakked that no one is bothered about the fact that MSE are advertising a con on the web site.

I'm in effect £60.00 worse off by following an MSE link

One reason why you would hope someone will help out is that presumably MSE were paid out by aviva thanks to you using the link and placing your business with them!

Start a thread on 'site feedback' outlining the problem and what's happened to date. Make MSE sit up and pay attention!

Posted a new thread called "MARTIN - You need to read this" in the "Site Feedback" area, so we will see what happens !!!

Can I just say a BIG THANKYOU to the forum members who have taken the time to reply on here and help me :T

All Thanks now thanked - LOL

I've finally got a result on this one. Managed to get someone to eventually read one of my emails. They have been in touch with AVIVA today and the vouchers should be with me next week :T

    Cheers guys

    Good news.

Shame you had to go public before you got any help. But it seems that was the only route to take to get a response!

    Yeah - absolutely.

Shoudn't have needed that - but it's great to know there are peeps on here happy to help

    :T
  • I took advantage of the £25 cash back for car insurance. Everything went O.K. except I tried to submit my claim after 14 days rather than 14 days after the policy start date.
I then submitted two days after the required date and sat down to wait for the cashback. This was supposed to come within 60 days. Needless to say it didn't.
I contacted M.S.E. and they say they have no record of me though my details had been passed on to the insurance company. The insurance company were very sympathetic but point out its an M.S.E. cashback so apart from be willing to provide any info. MSE require, they can't do much more.

I'll now try a post on the "Site Feedback" and see if I can at least get an explanation.
