  • I'm sorry about that Sue, I'm upset with sh1305 over the way she's been treating me lately and she was just jumping on something I said again. :)

 I was simply pointing out why a non-disabled person may use this board.

I know it doesn't bother you because you have such an uncaring attitude. People like you don't get upset because you don't have any feelings, I suppose that could be considered your disability. Poor you.

Just because people don't ooze with phoney emotion and spend their time offering {{{{{HUGS}}}}}, doesn't make them uncaring.

i no what you mean was really bad yesterday but had to go out and pushed myslef to much, dads work mate was pointing out jobs in the paper today dispite me having my wrist splints on and barely being able to stand in the same place for more than a few seconds and really taking the p*ss infornt of my dad and he just joined in  said nothing, being supportive is just what you need at times and you dont always here that of friends and family and ceryain comments on here just make things worse some of the negitive people have to realise that

Wow, your posts are normal now, my speech to text dosnt correct my grammer, only my spelling but whatever program your using must be great to correct your dyspraxia perfectly, what are you using?

I need a better program but they are expensive, I would prefer something reviewed by other disabled people (prefrably deaf with very limited hand function like me)

I can type with 2 fingers on a good day and I like to type up somethings by hand (personel letters, emails), speech to text is harder for me than most because Im deaf so my voice is very flat and often the words I want are impossible to exchange my speech to the screen and so I have to type some words but I would but a new program if there is one that could understand my voice.

If I'm honest the OPs DD has no physical care needs or mobility needs. There are people in a much worse position who get turned down. I have no option to work DH needs round the clock care every time we get turned down I go down a level more. Yes I do understand depression the way disabled are villified in the press, called lazy and their benefits threatened makes me ill. Some days I feel like just going to sleep and not waking up, thats on the days I get sleep. I just have to get up and get on with it.

My daughters dyspraxic and never in a million years has her typed work improved so much in a day or so as your claiming yours have!

Your grammer, spelling and sentence structure have improved beyond recognition (they now make sense!)and that just dosnt happen, you can work really hard and have gradual improvement but it dosnt just come and go like that.

People who self harm need supervision to ensure they don't self harm - the OP has stated that this is true for her daughter. Plus, there's the suicide attempts.
