Well, im not a euro millions winner, but i did win £3.10!!!!! :rotfl:Last time it was a roll over i bought a ticket saying i wouldnt mind a little share..........................and won £2 odd. This time again i said i wouldnt mind a little share, then remembered last time and added that i would like enough to pay off my mortgage. Need to learn to be better with my wishes! lol!
Gonna print the tax form off at my mums for all the rebates i can ask for.
£31 paid off from the honeymoon cc this morning, bank has messed up and made my loan disappear from the online banking so not sure the total from the payment last week. (shame the whole loan hadnt dissapeared ha ha ha!!!)
Off to think about more ways to bring money in...........................December 2018: £20,850.24. Now: £18,333.02 Total paid in 2019: £2517.22

Well have checked out claiming for washing my uniform, apparently all i have to do is right a letter to the tax office. My job for today, gonna do one for the OH too as he cant wear his work stuff out of work. Even if we get nothing back at least i tried.
Checked bank again today and is looking ok, hopefully will see the difference in having the spends account this month.
Off to see a new childminder this am as mine is going on mat leave soon. I think she is ok, this meeting is to see what the kids think. Then after writing my letter i am gonna have a look for things to sell. Sure i have got loads hidden in the back of cupboards etc. Will try the local selling page before ebay as find my money disappears in fees on ebay, although i do have a broken tv i will put on the there for spares or repair. Been looking at prices and most go for £30+ so would be daft not to try.
Also got loads of mobiles that are old with bits missing i might try and get rid off with one of the mobile sites. Thinking any money i make will go into the clothes fund so we can all have some new clothes for our hols (spesh ds1 who has only a few pairs of jeans and jumpers) That makes them money neutral????
Also gonna have a look for money off vouchers for the shopping. Do most of mine in a!di but still get a few bits from mr a's/mr m's.
Well the sun is out in a fashion here but it still keeps having showers so undecided about whether to put my washing out or not.......................

Morning hun
I am doing ok - nice to see you keeping up the posting.
Do Aldi do vouchers? I shop there but I'd love to know if they have discount vouchers.
My kids were the same re clothes hun - then I bought the holiday things and now they have plenty. DS needs new jeans when we get back but as I don't plan on needing them when we are away I haven't bought any.
Hope the childminder works out ok....is she/he recommended from a friend?Debt - CCV £3792
CCB £1383 (took a hit for a holiday)
Loan 1 £1787
Loan 2 £1683

I have had 2 vouchers for a!di out of a paper for a fiver off a £35 spend. Otherwise no they dont
I think they should do some in their magazine...............................
Childminder is not really recommended, but my childminder put out my needs and number to the other childminders and she replied. We will see.December 2018: £20,850.24. Now: £18,333.02 Total paid in 2019: £2517.22

Hi Rags,
Definitely worth writing to the tax man about your uniform allowance. I wrote 1 letter, received a cheque for the back dated allowance (6 years) and they have tweaked my code for the future.
If it is any help, I think I converted my letter into a template if you would like it and I can find it. Just pm me your email!

I love a good plan - it may not work.... but I love a good plan!0 -
Is it the same for overalls you have to wash at home, kind of a uniform I suppose?Debt - CCV £3792

I would try debtfree, cant hurt to try!!!!
Well, i put my washing out yesterday only for it to pour down 10 mins later!:rotfl:Not even attempting it today but hoping the rain holds off so we can go to the park later.
Keep looking at changing elec and gas supplier, but the comparison sites baffle me as i have no idea how much i use or where the letter went that told me my yearly usage! oops.
Childcare has come out so back in the overdraft, but not by much. This new childminder might actually work out much cheaper.........by over £100 a month on top of the £100 saved by ds2 doing 2 full days at nursery. Will have a weigh up next month when they start to see if my figures add up right. We were looking at having a payment holiday or 2 from the mortgage to give us a boost, but cant bring myself to do it........again feels like i have failed. Keep getting the phone, then freezing unable to type the numbers in...........................silly silly pride!
We made chocolate ice cream yesterday, thats now in the freezer ready for us to have with some banana and chocolate muffins i made at the weekend. yum yum!!!!
Well i managed to get a few coupons for the shopping today, not even £1 worth but any saving is pennies in my pocket i guess. Shopping list half done.
I gutted my bathroom yesterday so its all gleaming white. and i sorted out all the odds i seemed to have gathered in there. My mum would be proud (she hates the fact my house isnt like a show house like hers.....) Sort of done my kitchen today but i think i have a secret stash of naughty elves that keep messing it up.December 2018: £20,850.24. Now: £18,333.02 Total paid in 2019: £2517.22

Hope your Pasta piles have gone, they sounded painful!! :rotfl::rotfl:
Don't feel down about your debts, you are still looking at them and not burying your head in the sand. I know what you mean though about working so hard and getting nowhere, not sure where these people get their cash though as now Ive stopped working we are not entitled to anything extra other than a tiny bit of Tax credits.
