Gave them a ring this morning to cancel. When I mentioned the price increase, nothing was said about it not effecting the SOL6.
To be on the safe side I emailed them a cancellation as well.
For those trying to contact Npower and being kept in a queue:
Don't key in any option buttons. Just hang on and you are put through.
From start to finish of the cancellation I was only on the phone 3 minutes
