Mr Sunil Dhown and Richard Elby and IRD Homes must find it a matter of concern and regret that a google search juxtaposes their good names with (and I quote that respected search engine) phrases like;rogue landlord,
Cayman Islands (that well-known base of honourable companies who are anxious to pay all appropriate UK taxes),
dodgy practices
not paid the factor
beware...
Of course, the tendency of wicked search engines to mislead the searcher is widely known, so I am sure that Mr Sunny Dhown is in fact, a thoroughly decent chap0 -

I used to run a busy forum but gave it away as the threat of someone suing for defamation, distress or using the wrong google photos was scary.Pants0

Interestingly someone at work spoke about renting problems today and I asked who her landlords were. We are in Scotland and her rental agreement with IRD has a clause that she cannot move out between October and end December as it would be too hard to relet! I am sure this is wrong. They also increased her rent from £650 to £950! She got them to agree to £750 but knows they will up it again soon. I advised her that I am sure a tenancy officer can set a fair rent. Am I correct with this for Scotland?Self Employed, Running my Dream Jobs0

I'm afraid I can't help, but I'm glad you've reminded me what an upstanding fellow Mr Sunil Dhown is and how well he treats tenants in property managed by IRD Homes. People don't mention great folk like Mr Sunil Dhown or his associates like Richard Elby of Bestowe Ltd. enough these days.Mortgage - £[STRIKE]68,000 may 2014[/STRIKE] 45,680.0
