    No we arent confident either!!!!!Hubby gave his certified ID to staff in branch to send to H O, and guess what! Cant be located, "oh its not lost just cant locate it, would you like to submit new ID" Going through the complaints procedure, got a letter three weeks ago saying they would investigate. The deadline is getting nearer for the I C O to get involved. Hubby is a lawyer so he will stand his ground!
