Hey everyone - not been around much recently - work, kids, life etc keep distracting me and making me too tired to talk to enyone! hope everyone is well!
I am very impressed claire with the CD. I am considering it - but am really worried it will make me even more tired than I am! But i need to do something drastic! The other think that might be a problem is I hate milk - so any diet I have done with milk based shakes have made me gag - not good if it's your staple diet!0 -
I like milkshakes so it hasn't been a problem for me, i've also enjoyed the soups which i've had so far and the porridgeBoiler pot £30.92/£10000

i haven't got to the full of energy bit yet

got hospital app for my hip/back tomorrow, see whats wrong and see if i can do excersise again, going to see if i can borrow my mates baby for an hour friday and do my neighbours push it exersise class over the park (designed for mothers with babies) but before i can do it he wants me to get all clear from hospital, once i know what i'm allowed to do he will help me with an excersise plan.Boiler pot £30.92/£10000 -
I am working hard and loving it, but it means my quality of work life balance has been a little bit stuffed. Its hard to distinguish between the two sometimes. AND i have seen all the photos of Glastonbury and I think I just look fat! I hate how body image plays so much of a part in our moods....grrrrrrrrrr
and i just want to run but have a serious motivation problem...Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford
