Are you finding drinking so much water a pain BB?

nearly through day 3 still seem to be going well, although sometimes i can't work out if i'm hungry or not?? after a few sips of water the feeling goes away?? Did my mum Ben Nathan And dh lamb chops pasta and chips for tea (nathans request) and it didn't bother me in the slightest, Naythan came and sat by me and was wafting chips under my nose eating them and going mmmmmmmm. I had cottage cheese lettuce and cucumber.

My mum did my ironing too :) and bought me some red cushions, to try and get a bit of colour in the living room, cause everything is creams and browns. So all the cushion covers were washed (and i cannot believe how dirty they were!!).

Claire, I've never done CD, but I know it's common for people to mistake thirst for hunger, whatever diet you're on the first bit of advice is to drink a glass of water and wait a bit to see if it was thirst or hunger.

  • Evening,

I put one too many chili flakes in my tea!! Hot, hot hot!

Claire, you're doing really well with the CD espeically if you can resist chips!

I'm having a night off from studying, I need to sort out the spare bedroom.
