i think the last price rise was may/june time and i seem to recall that they have guaranteed not to raise prices again this year0

Do you have dual fuel with Atlantic? The reason that I'm asking is that I usually get the electricity loyalty bonus but not the gas one without chasing it. I don't really see why they should be separate!:doh: Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0 -
espresso - yep, i have dual fuel online tarriff with standing charge and i've been with them 4 years now - had exactly the problem you state this year - got electricity rebate in may on anniversary of contract but gas rebate took quite a bit of chasing with me eventually sending them a copy of my original sign up contract and their terms and conditions after a few fruitless emails - a few days after i sent them i got a pleasant phone call from atlantic and the rebate in account shortly after -0

Thanks, I know that they changed their loyalty payment system last year so that the payment is now made directly to your bank and I was hoping that after chasing my gas payment last year, that it would have worked automatically this time. I switched to Atlantic about 6 months ago - just received my first bill and the company logo says Scottish Hydro Electric. There is no mention that my account is with Atlantic, although I am aware that Atlantic is part of Scottish and Southern. So who are Scottish Hydro Electric. Does any one know?Before doing something... do nothing0

When I switched mine, it took about 3 months before I received confirmation from my new supplier and the date of the switch over. And no - you will still have continual gas/elctric supply. Providing of course you continue to pay your bills to the present supplier, otherwise they will cut you off. The switch is purely accounting and will not affect your actual supply.Before doing something... do nothing0 -

its just that our house has been recently renovated and so i dont know if there is actually a gas/elec supply and who its with.. although the lights in the house do work so there must be some elec coming in..
in terms of the current supplier..will they just send bills to the house that im moving into?0
