Yep, I have!

As well as the Lindt bunny coupons I had kept a couple of non-scanning Inside Out coupons especially for Waitrose, along with some Glade/Oust /Mr Muscle internet coupons (that Tesco always reject as they 'look like photocopies'...they are not though).

Anyway they accepted all of them in 2 transactions (in my Waitrose most cashiers limit it to 3 per transaction). So if I have problems at Tesco or Asda with my bunnies (!) I will be back to Waitrose before they expire.

If anyone ever has any 'non-scanners' and you don't shop in Waitrose, I will always consider a swap (as long as they are in date), just pm me.....I would hate to think of coupons being thrown away!!

Hiya - I did not buy the product(s) and spent just over £30 before coupons. I was waiting for the till to beep when SA scanned the £5 coupon and expecting it to be over whatever limit they had a month or so ago, but the limit seems to have been taken off! HTH.

Has anyone tried the Tesco-specific coupon for Shredded Wheat/Coco or Frosted Shreddies yet? From the free Tesco magazine?

It's just that the barcode looks like it will only scan for 3p! :eek:

And of course you'd have to buy the product too....what a rip-off! :mad:

The barcode ends in 0035 (which suggests 3p to me, not 35p BTW, as you ignore the check-digit on the end). If so I may see if Waitrose might take a few because at least they'll type them in as 30p.....not sure though as they are supposed to be Tesco only.

CouponMad: As a general rule, Waitrose will not accept other supermarket-specific coupons. For 3p at Tesco I would not even try!

New magazine - 70p - issue 197 January 22 2007 - cant see it already posted - sorry if it is - page 81 - £1.00 off Happy magazine and it is barcoded and valid until Feb 6th.

I have used the above several times now at Tesco, as my kids eat a lot of Coco Shreddies and it takes off 30p, no probs. HTH.
