Am I right in thinking that all these coupons have Sainsburys mentioned on them but sometimes they still get accepted. Just deciding whether it's worth me buying the magazine judging by the checkout assistants I have in my local stores!!!

Hi,
You've got it just about right, 'sometimes' they get accepted.

I usually have one or two in my stash of normal manufacturers' coupons and ones cut from the Daily Mail or magazines. I present them with the barcode uppermost, so that the big words 'Sainsbury's Magazine' are on the back, and I can't recall the last time Tesco refused them!

I looked at the recipes quickly and popped it in the kitchen bookshelf for next year ....

It has £3.80 in monthly vouchers ... all for Sainbury's own products ... all seasonal veg ....

In the small print it says somerfield only but in the past I have had these accepted at tesco.

I have been checking the whiskey prices in Tesco to see which is the cheapest for Christmas pressies ... I will check the prices of these instore and post back to see if they work out cheaper than Tesco .....

Has anybody tried using these in Tesco?? ... would happpily buy two bottles of Highland park ... a lovely Orkney Single Malt ... if you could get this reduction too!

My copy also included a postcard thingy re Birt&Tang teas, with a 40p coupon on (valid in Tesco, Sainsbury's, Waitrose and Holland&Barrett, expiry date 01/02/2007). Fab mag :j
