I saw a commercial last night for some kind of new costume drama part work magazine available in newsagents - maybe someone has more details? I'm sure the cost rises steeply after the first issue, and wouldn't be worth buying regularly, but I think (hope!) that the first issue was the BBC Pride and Prejudice DVD for £2.99, which is a good deal! Wish I'd been paying more attention.

I still havent got Easy Living:mad: MBN, i got the gift before they took my money, so for that they are ok, but so slow otherwise:mad:

Just sent off an email, got sent a link to this website in the meantime, hope it helps someone else too. https://www.subscription.co.uk/help

This is really putting me off subscribing, although took out Prima subs with Tesco points and get the free patterns:T plus it arrives a few days before it hits the shops. Prima came with the free tips supplement, so i hope this means they come with the free gifts too.

So sorry for you hun, hope it will turn up in the next couple of days. :kisses3:

Re subscription nightmares, I'm having one with SHE mag. I read about all the problems people encountered with the choccy offer before Christmas, and told myself I would never take out a subscription to this mag. Unfortunately for me, I then saw what looked like a fab offer: subscribe to SHE and get a Dove gift set. I subscribed and still haven't got the gift. After advice from other MSErs and several emails sent to SHE, I got a reply last week which told me that my subscription gift had been despatched on 15th March, and that 'we hope you've received it safely'. At that point, I told myself 'enough is enough', and replied telling them that I would cancel my subscription immediately, and asking for a refund on the unmailed issues. I'm now waiting for their reply on this matter.

I will never ever subscribe to SHE again, no matter the gift, no matter the positive feedback I may read on MSE in the future. What a disappointment.

Back to Easy Living now: ;) hope you'll get the mag soon hun. So far I'm happy with my Easy Living subscription, and hope you won't have any problems with them. :)
