Happy Birthday to Pigpen's DD1, I hope she has a lovely day.

    Kazm~~ have a lovely holiday

Thank you for all you best wishes regarding my OH, he is fine and gone to work, it is his ego that is hurt.....it seems the biking jacket he was wearing, 'may' be repaired foc, or for a very small charge, by the manufacturer, depending on the damage to it, once they have looked at it, we will know, ......then it is the cosmetic repairs to the bike itself, it seem filling, rubbing down and respray may do the job, but he need to take it to a bike workshop for them to look at it. His helmet and boots are scuffed and not a lot can be done to them. It pays to buy the right gear.

    I must scoot to work

    Hugs if you need one

    Morning all,

Thanks to Flylady Command - I'm back in with a vengeance. I'm not sure how many levels I'll get done today as this afternoon I have to do:eek: ds2's room with him and several binliners. It was a job destined for the holidays anyway (strange Norn Iron school holidays here) but has been moved up the list as my arm has been twisted into hosting 2 language students for 3 weeks. They can stay in the spare room and playroom - but my sister is also coming for a weekend and she will need ds2's room. Ds1's room is tidier but he has a bunk bed:D

DDog2 is also going to be stripped today - she's really been suffering in the heat so I'm hoping that will mean less fluff all over the carpet afterwards. And there's work this morning.

Toochoosey - hope it went ok at school today. It's very quiet here without the school run cars.

Morning all, dog has kept me awake half the night barking (at himself the clown) then Rhys decided he was too warm and moaned most of the night.

Right best get them all up.
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.

    hi everyone

I'm in.. let's hope this week's flying is a bit more successful than last week! Thanks to FCC :D

Old dog isn't very well..:( am thinking we might need to make that hard decision soon. We've had her for over 14 years.. can't bear to think that we might not have her for very much longer. She's not in any pain, thanks to the meds, but her legs are going, and her appetite, which has always been really really good (ie she could scrounge for England) seems to have gone. Will be cooking some chicken (my dogs never get chicken!) today to see if we can get her meds down her that way.

ugh.. work first though. Then trip to vets. Then flying.

    Hope everyone is ok.
