    Hellloooooo!

We got back late last night after a lovely weekend away in the caravan. I've managed to do all the washing of clothes and unpacked everything so now I need to start on the house. It's all pretty tidy so just needs a good clean. Haven't started yet as took my mum and dad out to do their shopping and have lunch with them. It was nice to sit still for an hour and chat to them.

Eeeek! Is that the time - first need to pick DD up and go and buy school shirts for her, and socks, and shoes....that's it done completely then.

Going to do a quick 5 min s/s then I'll look at the list later.

Big hugs to you all xxx

Realise it isn't much in the great scheme of things, but if anyone has some' nothing serious/expensive' vibes could they spare some for my car please?
Just went to go out and wouldn't start and all the dashboard lights started flashing at me :eek::eek::eek::eek:

Now waiting for the AA to come and look at it.

Thanks cyclingyorkie, Penpen and kezlou. We were told that the rota on the big yard is to be scrapped so that the same person was out first all the time so the teachers know who is suppossed to be out there. I have been on the little yard for the last few months so their rota/nion rota does not include me any more. I was asked to go onto the litle yard a while back by another member of staff and have my suspicions that the deputy is not aware of that.

Thank you all for the overwhelming support and have a feeling I would back out of saying something altogether if I didn't know you were there with me. so HUGE THANKS to you all xx

Right, I must put a list together.......

    glad its settling down!

kitchen staff had an inspection today - the floosy TA who is a part time dinner lady was wandering around covered in jewelley - when the kitchen staff asked her firmly but politely to take it off she got really stroppy!

Time for her to learn that there is no 'I' in team!:D

    Afternoon all.

Today's list is all under control, so I'll award myself one of PenPen's super-duper stars!:D

Monday ~ Kitchen and Dining Area
    Level One
Sweep, vacuum and mop floors Done (Mr LW)
    Declutter and wipe worksurfaces Done
Wipe table replacing cloth if necessary.. This will be done tonight, after Mr LW has moved the BM (which is currently making a loaf) off the table, back to its perch on top of the fridge/freezer.
    Level Two
Clear out a cupboard.. or those drawers you have stuffed full of junk! Done
Wipe and replace small appliances.. Clean one thoroughly! Done
Sort your medicine cupboard.. do you need to stock up on anything? Hayfever meds? plasters? bite cream? Done – Mr LW's meds stocked up, mine to be ordered Tuesday for collection next week when Mr LW is next on earlies. First aid stuff checked; TCP on shopping list.
    Level Three
Wipe units and large appliances.. don't forget kickboards! Done
Empty and clean out the fridge. Work all the almost past its best stuff into this weeks meal plan. Done Saturday prior to monthly visit to Farmers Market.
Clean door seals, deterrgent drawers and filters on the appliances .. run through a clean cycle if you've not done one in a whileAll clean
    Extras
    1. HHI HHWii instead
    2. quick wipe over the hob and oven Done
    3. Defrost the freezer if that needs doing.. shouldn't take long in this weather! Done very recently, so is fine.
    4. Binbag dance Done
Toochoosey Sorry, I missed your earlier posts; glad you managed to speak to someone - its totally wrong when they haul someone over the coals who was only doing as they've been instructed.

Onestep sending lots of healing/appetite vibes for woofer.

Craftyscholar "nothing serious/expensive" vibes duly being sent for your motor.

Natty best of luck with your appointment tomorrow.

As will be seen from my list, I'm doing a loaf in the BM just now. A Quorn, cheese, tomato and onion quiche has also been made. Washed a few bits and pieces of underwear earlier - Mr LW asked for his shorts to be washed through to freshen them up at the same time,:D so that's done also.

I'm trying to keep trundling along at an easy pace today - my mouth is so painful I could cry, so trying to keep my mind off it. Think I may have to resort to a dose of Oramorph though; and I've gone through best part of a tube of Anbesol over the last few days.:(

Must remember to put the green wheelie bin out tonight; in MK this is for garden/food waste - we compost most, (veggie household, so no meat/fish detritus), so normally only put the wheelie out when we've cut the grass, but there's a load of perennial weeds complete with roots that I don't want to put in the compost.

I hope everyone's having a good Monday; (((HUGS))) and posi-vibes where needed.
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)

    Afternoon all

All my out of house jobs are done for the day, dailies and cake made so time to find a list a do some flying.

Tooch - hope all went well at work

Crafty - fingers crossed for your car

onestep - hope your dog fancies the chicken

I've taken down the blind which needs restringing and I'm risking it on a cold wash in the machine. This is risky as it has never been washed and is part of a set of 3 around the large bay so I'll be well and truly stuffed if it is a disaster. If it is ok then I have 2 more to do and the huge windows to clean (that will be delegated) and the frames can all be washed down of mould too.

Poor Woody is not well today, has eaten nothing and looks sad, hoping he picks up at tea time, if not vet for him tomorrow.
