To be honest, i agree with what people have suggested when they say it's all fine and that if somebody were interested then the minor suggestions we've made wouldn't make a difference really. Though do think about dining room and floor plan. Hopefully you'll get lots of interest really soon

    I agree with googler .

Your decking area is ruinied by the play house ? It needs a nice table & chairs. The whole garden would look great with some colourful plants in nice planters .
The grass should have been cut before the picure was taken.

My feelings are that the rear garden is letting your property down , expecially the tarmac . Otherwise a nice house :)

I do have a table and chairs on the decking, and a couple of plants (must need more) I thought the play house on there would show families that the area is great for dining and playing! The concrete paths will cost a huge amount of money to dig up and relay, should I take this pic out?

And a pic of the dining space and a floor plan would be musts for me, too.

If there was no pic of dining room would you not view even if it said there was one in brochure?

    It looks nice -

Could you take two photos of the back garden - one with table and chairs and the other showing playhouse so it shows it's big enough for both?

Agree about under the cot - but if you're still getting no viewers it'll be cos there are no viewers maybe.

Some awful stuff going on with job cuts expected and Cap gains and rent reductions putting landlords off too
