Generally, an excellent presentation, but I feel you've spoiled the ship for the ha'porth of tar ....

In the bedroom with the cot - it would have taken you 2 minutes to clear the mess from underneath the cot, and to tidy the stuff on the back wall.

In the other child's bedroom, call me sentimental, but the teddy with his head cast down just radiates a feeling of sadness. Put in a bright & bouncy Tigger, and it would lift the room.....

The only picture I have an issue with is the one of the front of the house. Please make the picture straight, at the moment it looks like your house is !!!!ed.

You have however committed the sin of not including a shot of the bathroom.

I think that this presents the house perfectly well. Anyone who is interested in that sort of house in that area will put it on their shortlist, provided the price is right. I think the slightly nit-picking comments are well-meant, but they are aiming at a perfectionism that quite frankly isn't needed.

As somebody currently looking at houses, for me it is important to know that there is some dining space. It says there is a dining room, so maybe you could put a pic in? Also, definately the bathroom too- personally I'd want to see what it was like before. A floor plan is always useful too.

I was going to tidy up the babys room and the agent said dont worry its fine

The bathroom is quite small and I thought it might put people off

I didnt notice living room picture, I will re-take and e-mail agent on Monday

But would these little things really put somebody of viewing, the agent had said I have dropped house too low so why oh why no viewings??

Can you arrange the living room so it looks like you can actually watch TV?At the moment it looks like you have to sit and watch the fire!

And a pic of the dining space and a floor plan would be musts for me, too.
