cheery daff i feel your pain!!! I lurk when i am at work and noted no one had posted!! next time pop up a comment like "is anyone lurking" and i'll pop out and say hello. just dont tell the boss k!!!! well, I am off out for a run then lucking up the courage to start a diary of mine own when i get back... gulp!

Evening all - back from my run, having had my hair cut and coloured so it looks lovely and glam, I ended up with it sweaty and stuck to my head in a most unattractive way
Ah well.....it looked nice for about half an hour
