There is a reasonable amount of jumping, but they generally show a lower impact alternative, which you can do instead if you don't want to "drop in" on the neighbours!

Hmm will have to think about this, maybe getting my behind out for a run would be best but then again I always find that circuits have the greatest effect on my body shape.

I very nearly failed to get out of bed this morning - was the hardest one yet......having these students is obviously just that bit harder on my own and I am noticing a difference, BUT the financial reward is good enough for me to do it for a few weeks in the summer. I certainly couldn't do it long term right now.

Off to scratch and bank - then this afternoon I have a half day off to have my hair cut and coloured, (money duly put aside in an envelope ) and another therapy session (money NOT put aside, but very much needed). So just a morning to get through at work today.

So, with payday on Friday, I have started working on next month's envelopes. There were still things that cropped up last month that had no budget allocated to, so I ended up using money I didn't have Some was "reasonable" ie needing to do a bigger grocery shop because at the time I did my budgets I didn't expect students. But some was not "reasonable" ie ordering a pair of size 10 jeans on the CC (although the feeling of doing so was well worth borrowing the money for!). But you get the drift!

So, must be more realistic and think of things other than those that are currently listed in my diary.....and hopefully by the time I get to August's payday, nothing will have sneaked onto the CC.
