lucielle, I like to make a sag aloo type thing with either normal potatoes and onions, or sweet potatos or even butternut squash.

Just cube and cook the potatos/squash and cook them, dice some onion and cook in a tiny amount of oil, and some spices, add the potatos/squash, and coat in the spices, then add the spinach and wilt, adding a pinch of nutmeg to it.

Serve, and enjoy - points are basically just the potatos, but if you use squash instead, it is only the oil you need to point :D

I have had a lovely day - went out with a friend, for coffee (had free vouchers), and lunch (thank you Mr T for your clubcard deals), and then she took me shopping, and I mean she insisted on buying! I was gobsmacked and a tad emotional!

We have had a ball, and I am so lucky to have such a kind and generous friend, who also has the ability to make me laugh and offer me sound advice at the same time.

So, am feeling very good right now.

I hope you have all had a good day xxx

Um, sort of but not really as they are all "standalone" pieces RMC :o:rotfl:

I have a casual cotton dress/wear over jeans tunic thing from White Stuff, a very patterned dress that I could wear for work/dinner out/a summer picnic from Wallis, a heavily sequined pale gold short dress that I can wear over opaque tights if my legs are good enough, or over slim black trousers if I am lacking in confidence, and a pair of aubergine heels :D

Sounds like a perfect day Hypno! A long enough run to make you feel virtuous and new clothes paid for by a dear friend - life don't get better than that in my book! :T

    Lovely news x

I know where there are a pair of black sequin leggings going begging if you're after the full on bling look. Worn twice by once careful lady owner :rotfl:
