Hi Hypno, I'm a lurker :o too - would just like to tell you what a motivational lady you are!

Sometimes If I'm feeling a bit apathetic, tired or just have a good old dose of procrastination just reading your diary is enough to make me get on and do something productive - you always achieve so much in a day. You :A and Benbenandme :A(Hi Benben:wave:) are my heros!

Although have to admit I've not been tempted into the excercise yet which I really do need :o!

Good luck with all your goals and the new diary, I'll be reading x

Hi Hypno...nice new diary, I see!

With regard to 'doing OK' and 'doing really well', I think the only difference is perception: you ARE doing REALLY well, but you don't see it as such as you are always aiming for higher. The only problem is that every time you hit your goal, you move the goalposts and want to aim higher, which is fine, but you don't see the markers of all the goals you have scored along the way.

Thus ends my wine-fuelled philosphy lesson. I'm trying to think of a pithy quote to end it, but I can't. Oh well. I can't beat myself up about it as I've learnt that 'ok' is 'good enough'. ;)

Sorry to try and rush you with your debt busting, Hypno - I forgot how quickly your diary moves! I have followed your diary for a very long time, and the figure seems to have dropped amazingly. Take your time!!!!

Love the shiney new diary Hypno!
I will never manage to keep up but you are an inspiration so I do pop in. Well done on all the pounds (both sorts) that you have so decisively put where they belong. :T:T:T

cocalls - I see from your sig that your baby came so early - I hope everyone is doing well. Sending positive thoughts for you both x

beanie - I don't think breathing in really makes a difference on the scales. Mind you, after all the exercise I have been doing, my scales today say I weigh 5 lbs more than I did yesterday, which I am sure can't be right! Oh well, I will carry on and wait and see what the WW scales say on Wednesday!

So, am off for a longish run this morning with running buddy, then shower, change and am going for coffee in town with a friend for a spot of window shopping and a bit of a catch up, which will be lovely.

Then, judging by how tired I am right now, I think I will be collapsing on the sofa this afternoon!

    Scratches first though!

Have a good day, everyone x
