yes, urg, sometimes a reminder that "doing ok" is good enough is what is needed!

Even if we would like to be doing "really well" :o

I think there will be at least one more after this as far as the debt is concerned, Lilo - I normally get through one diary every 3-4 months and I still have 9 or 10 months of debt left I reckon :o

Hypno you are too hard on yourself.....you are doing exceptionallywell. You are fit, healthy, hardworking, a role model to your offspring, have taken on responsibility for family's financial security, planning and enjoying holidays and repaying your debts at a pace, recognised by your emplyers with healthy bonuses. WOW.

If I could just have a little of your motivation and drive I would be delighted.

One small request... the shred thing is very intimidating for some readers (me) if you could throw in how you ate the odd bag of chips or donut it would be a charitable act of kindness.

Wouldn't we just! I am still expecting to be hit by a steam roller but it hasn't happened yet. I am exploring going back to my voluntary job but am nervous as it deals with emotional stuff.

Just for today ... I will accept that I have been okay - sorry that was the last diary!

I have just scoffed a bag of minstrels and a tube of fruit pastilles......

and I have 3 kit kat chunkys in the fridge.

I did cycle to the shop to get them though, so that obviously negates any calories I may have consumed as a result.......doesn't it!

Happy new diary, Hypno, you are indeed doing ok despite the stuff going on in your life - and for now, ok is good. Look forward to seeing those numbers fall!
