I'll be at Wembley on the Saturday.

Have heard from the estate agents - my buyers went to my house again today, and they are keen to be all done and dusted by Christmas. We did hit a little snag in that their rental period is longer than they thought, but we have managed to overcome that and they reckon their solicitor is ready for a quick move. Let's hope so!

Wow - I go away for 5 days and look what as happened - Congratulations on the house sale Hypno - absolutely brilliant news. and Take That Tickets as well ......................

Had a lovely few days in Derbyshire.................. back home now - having to reduce the price on the bungalow again - it will have dropped £40K now - the area it is in has the prices dropping like no-ones business - still hey ho!!!

Am feeling positive about lots more things - have definitely decided to finish my degree - so need to register there, have booked parking for Christmas (Through Quidco), done accounts and spend an age phoning various companies that are still sending stuff to my mum (died in Feb!)

Anyway - on to do something else - have not even started MG's thread !

Well done and congratulations again - have a happy weekende sorting stuff

    woo-Hoo
    Another one playing catch up.

It sounds the ideal take breath home -big enough for the three of you but not so huge you'll be rattling in it once they go off to uni.

Knowing you the taking breath and smelling the roses (on the patio) won't last long and you'll be back in project mode though ;)

    Fabby news-chuffed for you xxxx

My advice would be (courtesy of my Kirstie & Phil book ;)) is PUSH, PUSH, PUSH. Be in regular contact with your Solicitor, the bank (especially them IMHO) and the EA.

    Very exciting!!! :j

As for the capsule wardrobe .... erm, I'm still on the decluttering. For extra warmth the last few days, I was wearing a shirt in a material I absolutely love (between t shirt and fleece  I'm still cold all the time).

Flock? Moleskin? I think you can also get brushed cotton/linen which is a bit "furry" in touch.

Anyway, altho I love the material, its a man's XXXL, so completely shapeless on me, and there's a label stub on the neck that hurts my neck. So!!!! I threw it - rescued the buttons for craft projects, and cut the back out of it to keep for the patchwork I'd talked of. I'm very proud of myself  I think :rotfl:

Of course you could have just taken it in/tailored it - easy to remove material - a lot harder to put it in... ;)

Ironically, it would fit me - but still look completely shapeless. I'm a completely shapeless kind of guy. ;)
