I don't know what their budget is and don't like to ask. Knowing they have seen it advertised then hubby is thinking a long these lines where Neice is looking at slightly less (she wants a baby :)) so will be thinking about costs if she doesn't work.

If it is mean't to be the universe will decide!

My mum and dad have got someone after theirs, just by a chance conversation and that would cut out estate agent fees.

Martin mentions more on the CAB in his latest blog - depressing news, but I think I'd heard a whisper some months back - possibly from I_A....

HellO!!!!! :D (was thinking about saying Hello Snotface but didnt want a good kicking!! :D :rotfl: :rotfl: )

I know what you mean about the 22k hypno. I still have a good amount of debt, dont get me wrong, but knowing that it is now lower than the average household debt makes me feel distinctly more normal and in control!! :D

Evening all - still snotfacey (thanks p!) but went out for a 3.5 mile jog to try and clear my lungs a bit - nothing fast, but quite enjoyable. A little rain, but very mild, and I didn't feel my lungs about to burst so hopefully no harm done!

P, welcome home! I hope you have had a good time......we will catch up properly soon x

Pippa......I have a lower limit in mind that I can go to, and if they want to come and have a look even if they don't think they are able to afford it, I won't accuse them of timewasting! But of course I wouldn't want anyone to stretch themselves too much....otherwise they will be posting their SOA on here which would make me feel rather guilty :o

Gosh Hypno, that is dedication, running whilst having a snotty face. Did it make you feel any better? I used to often feel better when I went to the gym when I was a bit off colour (as my Mum would have said )

It was lovely while I was out there - but I am rather phleghmmy now I am back in the warm :o Hopefully it has helped shift it a little!

I am aiming to go out again on Thursday, but if I feel short of breath, I won't.

Just what I was about to say Z.

Hypno, try some Manuka honey with hot lemon (and a bit of whisky if you fancy) or you can just have a spoon of honey. It isnt cheap but it is really effective.
