I am tired today, and craving sugar
My cold is dragging on and I am a bit fed up of it now, so am trying to visualise myself fit and healthy (although with a packet of fruit gums, some minstrels and mint poppets on the go, that is not so easy!!).

Off to do download work tonight - no recording because unless there is a call for therapy sessions that sound like frogs or heavy breathing hippos, I think it would be a bit of a waste of time, but there is plenty of admin type stuff we can go through so that is just as important.
