Hypno - just wanted to say the one vibe I am getting from you posts is 'calm and chilled' , like all the stress you have been under has just melted away

Don't mean to sound profound just wanted to share happy feelings

    (I sound like a Hippie)

There is no point in negative thought, it takes up time and energy which could be used in a positive, happy way!

They are good, and I find that I get more done (usually) than I do on those days when I have a proper "to do" list!!

Bad start to the day I'm overdrawn (not but a huge amount and only til Tuesday at latest)

As well as "normal" money in I'm waiting on £50+ from Argos refund on that mis-priced matress on the grabbit board and £8 back from Sainsburys as compensation for "substituting" a pack of bacon with 150 Nectar points on it for an identical pack with no points ...... Mind you the shop was a bit of a shambles all round as I had 10 substitutions out of 50 items. 20% substituted-For shame on you Mr S !

Went overdrawn as my Sky bill rocketed this month with some expensive mobile calls abroad (unavoidable due to family bereavement) and one of the deals on my Sky running out. Quick call sorted that out (using saynoto0870 of course)

Technically I'm not overdrawn til Monday as the Sky DD although deducted is dated 4th -if Argos are their usual prompt selves I may get away with it

It has been a while since things got this tight so I'm annoyed with myself for taking my eye off the ball (was lots of money around this month as I got a tax credit refund but used it to replace stuff I've wanted to replace for months -like the printer) Washing machine needed replacing and son's PC had a hefty bill too so all in all annoying but not devestating as money is due back to cover the shortfall and there was a fair bit of unexpected spending done too.

Going to stayed chilled over it so add me to the calm and chilled list whilst I put the kettle on too

    Sounds good to me, taxi.

I have been putting stuff onto i-tunes, and making new playlists for my ipod ready for running throughout the winter!

Have also sorted out some of XOH's CDs and stuff to give back to him, and a couple of bags for the charity shop so not too bad. Still plenty more to declutter but am getting there!

    Good day Hypno and all,

resting, waiting for my lunch to go down so I can go for a 2h 15 min run. Day cool and chilled so far - shopping done, lunch prepared and eaten, no cleaning done but not much point to it either.

I am so enjoying the rest.
