Well, my peace and calm has now been invaded by the return of the children..

Ah well, was good while it lasted.

Funnily enough, I would! During all the chaos of moving and packing and sorting, the solitude of running was a welcome break.

After a few miles, a "high" kicks in (admittedly - not always :o) and it's a the feeling of freedom is a great stress reliever. I haven't been out for a couple of weeks now, but aim to go in the morning.

    Enjoy yours FW :)

Glad you've been calm and chilled. More like frazzled and fretful here! Got back and remembered my TV licence expired at the end of September so have hastily renewed.
Surfbabe, we took our dd back to Notts uni last weekend, or rather took her stuff up as she'd had to go go a day or two earlier.

I should have stayed chilled on the sofa - I shifted a PC and whilst resiting it twisted and have done my back in.

Can't sit in a chair so called in sick to work Grrrr and am on the sofa with sticky deep heat patch hoping it'll help.( seem to have run out of Ibuprofen but can't stretch to the back of the medicine cupboard to check). Ho Hum

Well we are back from Nottingham - cruise control on the car is great !!!!!

V - DD is at Trent and didn't need to be back till today as its been freshers all week and she had the opportunity to work right up till yesterday - in fact none of them in her house moved in until today so the parking was rubbish !!

Glad you've had a good day Hypno - having got DD back to uni after 16 weeks at home - I'm looking forward to getting back into a bit of a routine, even though DS is living back at home!

Am now watching X Factor - Matt Cardle to win! - he lives up the road a bit (well a couple of villages over)
