Hypno's reminder that she is doing ok, actually!

Hypno, what a great decision. I found that once I had made the decision to move on (I too stayed in the home after divorce), my whole life changed. I downsized to a new property from and older 1930s house and this was something I had always said that I would never do, best decision I made.
I think having the board up for inspiration is a great idea. How about adding to the board some cut out pictures of the type of people/family you want to live in your house. I sold mine to exactly the kind of person I envisaged living there and the moment she turned up at the door to view I saw her in each and every room, we talked about what she would do in each room and I really didnt feel upset that she wanted to change things, in fact I helped her to measure for a new kitchen!
I will be sending lots of positive vibes but to be honest, it sounds to me like you are postive enough. I also found that by putting it out into the public arena then I had lots of support when I was feeling a little overwhelmed. Well done. Some days there aren't any trumpets, just lots of dragons. Hypno,
moving is a wise decision to make - I find that it is very hard to move on without creating a new environment for yourself. Moving house is particualrly important - houses are homes and it matters immensely whether they are homes we shared with oithers; memories can jump out of corners and hide behind doors.
I have already sent a wish to the Universe - and although I am only an aspiring white witch I have a really good feeling about this. You are meeting the Universe more than half way and you will be OK.

Thank you FW
I am working my way through your diary today - up to end of May.......and am blaming you for my lack of cupboard cleaning :rotfl:

Hypno I think its a great idea, I stayed in our house for 2 years after ex left and it was tough, once I moved I felt like I'd moved on in leaps and bounds
Ideally I never imagined moving from a house back to a flat but its * my * flat and that makes it perfect
and the satisfaction from having a smaller mortgage is immense. Sending you lots of good wishes xx

Positive vibes. I'm sure it will sell quickly based on where it is, especially with the school.
I've been trying to explain cosmic ordering to DH and really need something to happen to someone I know so I can say, see it works0 -
Yes, when I sell this, the idea is to clear the remaining debt, reduce the size of the mortgage (slightly) and to have a disposable income
Disposable income? Money? What do you want that for? You'd only spend it...
I wish you all the luck in the world with it. But remember the idea behind property !!!!!! is not realism, but entertainment value.

Ok, I will concede - I may not *like* Yarmouth but their chips from the market are still the best I have ever tasted......and yes, we do sample them from time to time just to see if the legend that is those chips continues for future generations
Unfortunately, the best chips I've ever tasted, I do. But I do them how I like them, so that's probably why.
After that it's pretty much a gamble alas."Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)

Ah, yes, Z, but I am trying to focus on what I CAN have at the mo, rather than what I can'tSuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0

Just popped by to wish Hypno lots of luck. It's time to prepare for your move - get stuff like the loft and the garage (all the big stuff) sorted - so that you are almost ready to move at any time.
How exciting. Just looked at that property !!!!!!...http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-20161871.html - like wow!
