Yes, when I sell this, the idea is to clear the remaining debt, reduce the size of the mortgage (slightly) and to have a disposable income :eek:Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. Definitely a bonus:DBlackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?

Hypno sending you positive vibes from a very grey and rainy North West. It is all exciting - a new start - no wonder you are feeling positive at the mo.
I'm a great believer in following the heart - I did recently on the job front. When the time is right - we know and even though I am out of pocket at the moment - I feel totally relaxed and not worried as I will make it work for me - not quite sure how yet but I will.
This new house will be a fresh start and will be yours to make however you want. Take the memories you want with you and leave the ones you don't behind the door of your old house - open the door to the new place and you can make lots more happy memories in there.
Get ready to catch.........'positive-vibes-positive-vibes-positive-vibes-positive-vibes........'
