Another one with a bad nights sleep here -so I can sympathise - takes me ages to catch back up when that happens and as it is happening more and more frequently that is not good !

I know mine is anxiety based around everything that has gone on this year and worrying about DS and DD even though they are 21 and 19 ! Work throws the final spanner in the works though - need to write a list me thinks !

    have a good day everyone

Oh my - I could quite happily combine that with a planned trip to see some of my Norwegians!!

It is a bit close to the Edinburgh marathon that I have already entered - but 2012 would def be a workable option!

    Thank you :T

Sorry that others are not sleeping well at night - I think mine is largely just the "stuff" that is going on, combined with the determination to make things work in lots of areas of my life in the future. Mind overload.....

I'm not eating over-late, but now that all the kids activities are back on with the new school year, we are back to that "hit and miss" eating timetable, so could probably do with some adjustment.

Lurker here. Your thread moves so fast I can't keep up with it, but I do come and have a look every work day. But who is Mr Big, is that the same Mr Big that Memorygirl uses? And what is it all about? :o

just been catching up while taking a lunch break!

Hypno - things have a way of falling into place for you! What a relief to get the payment and to see the end to a long drawnout process. Well done on managing the weight loss too.

I have heard much about memorygirl's thread... will have to explore!

    Ahh.......Friday evening.

Cauliflower cheese in the oven......feet up on the sofa.......a couple of glossy magazines (via 3 issues for £1, obviously).......and no plans.

Just the way it is meant to be :)
