Well, NSD intact.....that is 2 out of 10 so far, so I am nicely on my way.....
I had a lovely couple of hours after work.....bit of fizz, some nice cheeses, fabulous fresh strawberries and of course a very relaxing massage - shame it didn't last longer, but it was lovely while it did - plus a goodie bag to take away. Now that's what I call a decent corporate event lol.
Hope you have all had a good day x
OOh nice one just what is needed to keep you going :beer:and 2/10 NSD on sept 2nd you rock:T

DT, if only I had that sort of treatment at the end of every working day - would make my life a whole lot more balanced!!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -

Hi
No great - owe tax credits and so won't get any til april, huge chunk of income gone out, car has cost a small fortune to fix (borrowed money from friends, but must still pay back, especially £600 as soon as I can). BUT I am well, the children are well and we have all we need so am grateful for that.
Went to get jewellry valued today - he said don't even bother til the end of November when things pick up.
Sold most things of value in the house now.
Ah well
How's you?

That sounds like a bit of a mixed bag sea - how long before tax credits are repaid. Is your SOA more or less balanced apart from that?
I'm ok - plodding on, you know the score! Things could be better, but they could certainly be a lot worse, so I am counting my blessings.Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. Just let me know, P - most Fridays are ok, so don't worry if you can't do next week, I'm not going far any other week so can easily get a bottle of fizz chilling and shred in the DVD
Oh, and no money in the budget for a takeaway, so will have to be home made food if you dare risk my cooking :rotfl:
May go for a run if my toes are ok - I had to abort Weds run after 3 miles because they were so sorePerhaps will do the treadmill instead, then I am never far from a safe place to collapse!
Also, have it in mind to do some more priming of woodwork.....ready to be glossed sometime over the weekend, so if the urge is still there when I get home from work, then I will be donning my paintbrush rather than my trainersSuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground. At least the bottle of wine will be fat-free.
And a store-cupboard-challenge-meal-in? I'm sure it'll be just as much fun
